Tov Digital Studio ("we", "us") is a creative studio based in Lake Mary, Florida. This page explains what we collect when you use tovdgtl.com or book a Free Brand Evaluation, and what we do with it. Questions: tovdigitalllc@gmail.com.

What we collect

  • What you give us when you book or write to us: your name, email address, and anything you add, such as your website, social links, or what you want help with. A phone number if you choose to give one.
  • Basic booking details: the time you picked and your time zone.
  • Basic visit statistics about how the site is used, such as which pages are viewed. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for this [confirm once it is switched on: it is designed not to use cookies or track individuals across sites].

Our own pages do not set advertising cookies and does not load advertising trackers.

How we use it

  • To run your booking and contact you about it.
  • To prepare for and follow up on your Brand Evaluation.
  • To reply to your emails.
  • To understand which parts of the site help people, so we can improve it.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who handles it

Bookings and contact records are stored in GoHighLevel, our booking and customer-relationship tool. The booking calendar on our site is hosted by GoHighLevel and may set its own cookies. Video calls run on Google Meet, and calendar invites and email go through Google. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. These providers process data for us under their own terms and privacy policies.

Text messages

We do not send marketing text messages today. [If and when text messaging is switched on after A2P registration, this section will say: we only text you if you gave us your mobile number and agreed to receive texts; message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help; consent is not a condition of buying anything; and we do not share mobile numbers with third parties for their marketing.]

Emails

If we email you about your booking or follow up on a conversation, every marketing-style email will have an unsubscribe link. You can also reply and ask us to stop.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and contact records for as long as they are useful for the relationship or required by law. [Confirm a retention period, for example delete on request or after a set number of months of inactivity]

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing tovdigitalllc@gmail.com.

Children

This site is for businesses and creators. It is not directed to children under 13.
