These terms cover your use of tovdgtl.com and the way we work with you. They are a summary. The written agreement for each project or monthly partnership is what governs the work itself.

The Free Brand Evaluation

The Free Brand Evaluation is a free 30-minute call. It is a first look and an honest answer on what to fix first and whether we are a fit. It does not obligate you or us to anything, and it is not a full strategy.

Brand Strategy Session

The Brand Strategy Session is a paid, 2 to 3 hour working session, starting at $450. If you sign with us for a project or monthly partnership within 14 days of the session, the fee is credited toward your first month. [Confirm what the session hands over, and the refund and rescheduling rules]

Projects and monthly partnerships

  • Prices on the site are starting points. Final scope and price are confirmed with you before work starts.
  • Monthly partnerships are month to month. There is no long-term lock-in. [Add the notice period to stop, for example 30 days]
  • Advertising spend is paid directly to the ad platform and is separate from our fee.
  • Branding, merch, podcast and footage projects are quoted individually.
  • Timelines are agreed for each project. [Add typical timelines if you want them stated]

Ownership of the work

Who owns what is set out in the written agreement for each project. [Decide and state when ownership of finished work transfers, and what we may show in our own portfolio]

No guarantees

We do our best work and report honestly, but we cannot promise specific results, such as followers, leads, or sales. Marketing results depend on many things outside our control.

Using this site

Please do not misuse the site, try to break it, or copy our content or design without permission. The site and its content are the property of Tov Digital Studio unless stated otherwise.

Booking and communications

When you book, you agree that we may contact you about that booking. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information, including text messages and email.

Limits and law
